You know @Joyful1, that's really strange, and I'll tell you why. Your Fitbit One has on-board memory, the size of which can only retain seven days of minute-by-minute data and the previous 23 days made up of daily totals only. The data resides on the Fitbit's database at www.fitbit.com under your account. The only data you would have lost when your One became totally dysfunctional would be any data recorded on your Fitbit after your last successful sync.
If you sign on to your former account, using your former email address and password, ALL your data, up to, and inclusive, your last successful sync should be right there.
Hope this helps.

Hello @Joyful1,
Welcome to the community!
This is very strange since looking at your profile, you have a history that dates back until (at very least Dec 21st, which is as far back as I can see). Is there any chance that you logged out of the Fitbit App and logged back in (maybe tapped "Join Fitbit" instead of "Log in")? Or maybe got a new phone?
I would do this:
Hopefully, you'll then see an account that looks familiar.
I hope this helps.

Hi there Cynthia @Joyful1. We haven't heard back from you on this. I just looked at your profile, and I see steps there every day that you wore your tracker (an assumption on my part.) So would I be right in assuming that everthing is now working OK?
Cheers!
