Date on Fitbit one

The day is always 1 day ahead on my Fitbit yet the app on my phone is correct, his can this be if they sync with steps ?

The One doesn't display today's day but it does show the day the next alarm is set for. Could this explain what you are seeing?

Thanks but my Fitbit one states the day & time and the day is always 1 day ahead

I think you may have misunderstood. When the One shows the day it is the day the alarm is set for. It shows the current time but it doesn't show the current day.
