Hi @SunsetRunner it's great to see new members around! Have you checked the timezone settings on your Fitbit account? because the tracker should reset itself at midnight every day, so the count can start from 0, however if you have a different timezone, the data reset itself at a different time and it looked like it disappeared.
So let me suggest you to check your settings, if the timezone is correct, then perform a restart. The data should be syncing properly after that.
