Is there an advantage to me using the 'track my excercise' feature when I am out walking? I have always just walked and allowed it to count steps but I now notice there is a 'walk' option under 'track my exercise' tab.
What is the advantage of logging walking as an exercise? Can it double log? Thank you.

There's no risk of double logging. The only advantage of tracking the exercise is that it is highlighted on your dashboard and allows you to see the stats for just that walk rather than the stats being just part of the daily total. Some trackers - but not the One - can do this automatically using a feature called SmartTrack.
When I wear my One I don't bother tracking it as I'm only really interested in the daily totals.
