Hello 

 

I have been trying to update My fitbit one via my iPhone app and i keep getting an error message that says "the operation couldn't be compleated ( com.fitbit.HTTPerror500.)

If you are getting trouble to update, please follow the steps on this help article. This should help you out.

 

Also, by any chance, did you deleted an old Fitbit account?
