Hello, 

 

I bought the Fitbit One a couple of years back and started using it today. i have been facing a problem getting it started. its fully charged but it wont start! 

 

I don't know what to do

Do you mean it is not turning on? If this is the case, please perform a restart on your One. This has helped other users who have experienced similar situations.
