I have not been able to up date for over a month. I can not update from my Samsung or my win 10 desktop. I have the little blue tooth plug into a USB port on desk top.When I run the fit bit app on win 10 desktop it says it see the tracker but unable to update. If I run or try to sync on Samsung it does not see tracker. Blue tooth turned on Samsung but does not see blue tooth (doggle?) plugged into USB on desktop.
PS: I like the fit bit one because I can put into my pocket. Do not like stuff on wrist.

I found more help on here than I did from their support, Their support told me everything I had already tried. I also use the One in my pocket, we can't have anything loose that could catch things at work.
This is what somehow finally worked. I just used the charger to connect to my computer and pushed the button to make sure it was on, but I couldn't get it to update on the computer. I removed it from the charger, pushed the button to make sure the One was working, and tried my tablet again. It took it a minute, but it did finally update.
We'll see if it continues to work or not, but at least I have the last 2 days now.

I did try what was suggested but it did not work. I finally tried to reset FITBIT1 and now it is sync up to web site. I have the last month or so of what I did.
It still tells me that a update is available but will not do it. The desktop says it does not see fitbit1 and the Samsung says it does not see fitbit1 . YET it is sync to the web site to show the little that I do. I will have to live with that.
It is a bummer that they have stopped producing the FITBIT ONE or something like it. There is a market for it so why not just keep the product and improve it. Like some else said I can not wear any thing other than a watch at work. I have even got that caught on things at work.
