FITBIT ONE SYNCING

My wife and I have had several Fitbit Ones in the past. She has lost a few of them so consequently I had more toggles? for the computer than I had FitBits. I threw several of the toggles away. The two toggles that I did keep do not sync with the Fitbit One I have. The Fitbit One I have measures the steps okay but I can't sync the time with the computer. Help!

Hello @LoranFox  and welcome to the Help forums.  Sorry about your plight.  I really thought a Fitbit dongle was a Fitbit dongle was a Fitbit dongle.  Sometimes my dongle would work in one USB port and not another.  There are refurbished dongles available at the Fitbit store.  With all the dongles, I know you don't want to think about buying another.

Then again, I have not used my One for a very long time.  If you can set a One on a compatible phone/tablet, doesn't it also sync with a compatible phone/tablet?  As a member of the CC, I am expected to give good advice, but I am feeling very stupid about this.
