Ffitbit One randomly turning off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Over the past week my One has started turning itself off even though the battery is fully charged. I don't know why it is doing this. I have reset it multiple times and it doesn't seem to fix the issue. I've hadn't for just over 3 years. Can anyone tell me what is going on. It is really hard for me to stay on track with it not keeping accurate step counts because it turned off and I didn't know it did. Also sometimes when I turn it back on the time is also wrong until I sync it.

3 years is a pretty good long run. My guess is its on its last legs.

I hope it isn't on its last leg. I can't afford to get a new one right now.

I'm having exactly the same problem.  Never had it before.  Is something up?

I have a Fitbit one with no problems. Try doing a factory reset. Also taking the app off your phone and reinstall on phone. Hope this helps you.

I've done a reset multiple times already. Also I just did a factory reset
on my phone so I already had to reinstall the app. Still having the issue
off and on.

Same, have had it almost 3 years. Have to hold down the button to get any stats, and I've usually lost time. Definitely dies if I try to track sleep. Still holding a charge, but it just stops.

I haven't tried the sleep mode in a while. Maybe I will try tonight. It has
been okay over the weekend so fingers crossed it doesn't mess up any time
soon.
