Fitbit one will not turn on

Hi,

i recently got a Fitbit one from my Aunt and she has never used it but it was quit dusty. I did my best cleaning it and it was fine. I tried to charge it and it said it was fully charged so I tried to tap it but didn't want to work. I reset it many times but it still doesn't want to turn on when I double tap it. What is going on?

Does your One lights up when you press down the button? Does it light up when you plug it in to the charging cable? 

Did you try these specific restart steps when you did? Do this three times in a row.

Also, you need to set it up once it starts working:

• Computer
• iOS
• Windows

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
