My fitbit fell out of the sleep wristband and I can't find it. It will sync with my laptop but my phone won't sync so it's probably buried in the couch or bed (though I've looked both places). I've read about using bluetooth scanner apps to detect where the signal strength is strongest. Bluetooth scanner apps on my phone won't find it, I've tried in several different locations around my apartment with no luck.
I want to try a bluetooth scanner for windows (on Win 10, so either a program or Windows store app) since my laptop can obviously find it. I've tried https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/p/bluetooth-beacon-interactor/9nblggh1z24k but all that finds is my Chromecast. Anyone know of another one or have other suggestions?
I've tried setting the alarm and listening for buzzing as well but no luck (my apartment is mostly carpet and other soft surfaces)

@me10lee83 nice to read you! Hope you have been having look finding your One. If it is syncing with your computer it is definitely within 10 feet of it.
I am not good with scanner apps as I don't really use any but I am sure a quick Google search will give you plenty of options. What worries me is if the smartphone is not finding the device it might make it difficult.
Please try restarting the bluetooth setting on your phone, or even restarting the phone to see if this helps it "find" the One.
Let me know how the search goes and good luck!
See you soon!
