Does anyone know how to get your steps to sync with the weight watchers app? I already connected my fitbit with the weight watchers website but its not showing my steps. Any ideas??? 🙂 🙂

Sometimes it takes a day. If it doesn't happen unlink and try again.

But its A WW problem not a fitbit problem.

Yep same problem.  Synced with intial setup and refuses to go any further, even after clicking the little arrows in a circle telling it to sync now.  My fitbit is synced but WW app not so much.  Very frustrated

Hello everyone and a warm welcome to our Community @polkadots510. Note that when you Weight Watcher account is associated with Fitbit, all activities tracked by Fitbit will be converted to activity points and credited to the Weight Watcher's account.

Also as it was mentioned by @WendyB, it may take some time to show the information. So for this click "Sync your device activity" on WW page to update sooner.

In your case @polkadots510, If the issue persist I would recommend to revoke the access from your Fitbit account on your Application settings. After this try again:

  1. On the Weight Watchers subscriber homepage click Login in the top right corner.
  2. In the Log In window, confirm your Weight Watchers user name and password and click Log In.
  3. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and then click Setting
  4. Click the Activity tab and click Connect to a device or app.
  5. Select Fitbit from the choices and click Continue
  6. Log in using your Fitbit account credentials when the screen appear.
  7. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to the Weight Watchers Settings page.

I'm pretty sure these steps wont be require anymore, but if the issue persist; I'll be around. Robot wink

Hi, I'm noticing some inconsistencies with my fitbit steps syncing with my weight watcher account. While some steps sync belately... I have actual days that only record partial information but the day before and after sync fine.

Any recommendation on how to fix this?
