Does anyone know how to get your steps to sync with the weight watchers app? I already connected my fitbit with the weight watchers website but its not showing my steps. Any ideas??? 🙂 🙂

Sometimes it takes a day. If it doesn't happen unlink and try again.
But its A WW problem not a fitbit problem.

Hello everyone and a warm welcome to our Community @polkadots510. Note that when you Weight Watcher account is associated with Fitbit, all activities tracked by Fitbit will be converted to activity points and credited to the Weight Watcher's account.
Also as it was mentioned by @WendyB, it may take some time to show the information. So for this click "Sync your device activity" on WW page to update sooner.
In your case @polkadots510, If the issue persist I would recommend to revoke the access from your Fitbit account on your Application settings. After this try again:
I'm pretty sure these steps wont be require anymore, but if the issue persist; I'll be around. ![]()

Best AnswerHi, I'm noticing some inconsistencies with my fitbit steps syncing with my weight watcher account. While some steps sync belately... I have actual days that only record partial information but the day before and after sync fine.
Any recommendation on how to fix this?
