I got a replacement/new Fitbit and it arrived today. I plugged it in and set it up and all was fine until i unplugged it then it wouldn't respond or do anything when pressing the button. It says its fully charge but the button only works when plugged in to charge and when plugged into charge it only show the battery symbol and that's all. I'm in Aus and was going to call them but the support numbers are only for us and uk.

I've just bought a fitbit one and having exactly the same problem
