Fit Bit clip

I emailed a couple weeks ago asking where I could replace my FitBit One clip. It has simply worn out and won't hold the Fit Bit One securely. I believe you suggested Best Buy or your on-line store. Best Buy did not pan out. They don't have it and won't order it. In your responce you suggested that if I bought it from the on-line FitBit store you would send me a coupon for 25% off. I did not ever get the coupon but inlight of the failure to buy the clip locally I did go ahead and buy it from your on line store. Best Buy carried the charger cord and other assessories to go with the many FitBit styles so I thought it was odd they said they could not even order the clip. They did try to sell me a whole new FitBit but I made my needs pretty clear. I won't say they were being "shady" but I don't think they know the products well.

But if you told them you were buying it locally they probably didnt send out the coupon
