FitBit One cuts off

Hello, my FitBit One cuts off while fully charged. It cuts off at all times of the day/night. I have reset it using the suggested instructions but it has not helped. I rely on the One to wake me up and keep up with me daily steps. I have *loved* this device and would really like to keep it running. Any suggestions?
