FitBit One not giving me the active minutes I log

It is not counting the active minutes I log. it's showing up as 0 on my dashboard since it updated to 6.64 Anyone else having this problem. Anyway that you know of to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help

You have to perform a consistent continuous exercise for over 10 minutes per event for Fitbit to log active minutes. You need a Fitbit device with a heart rate monitor if you want to earn active zone minutes, this includes Charge 4, Inspire 2, Ionic, Sense, and Versa. The One can't track active zone minutes. Nothing to do with the firmware version.
