Big Fit Problem

Since upgrading app on October 19, my Fitbit 1 cannot find any of my devices.

@joncan I think you meant to say your devices can't find the Fitbit? You may get better responses to help you if you share with us what version of the app you're using and what operating system.

I think you are saying the Fitbit App or Fitbit connect has not been able to sync the fitbit One.

I fixed this problem with a very complicated series of steps. The problem occurred with Fitbit updated their app. They should have just done a bug fix with an updated app instead of making their loyal customers do all of the work.

@joncan again, if you shared more details like your operating system, app version, and the "complicated series of steps", this repository of information may help another member down the road. It's fortunate you've gotten this resolved. I can only assume that your problem is isolated to the iPad based on your signature. I'm not a detective.
