FitBit One stopped synching 18 March 2019

My Fitbit One hasn't synched since 18th March 2019.  I have updated the app on phone and desktop, logged off and back on, reset the phone, unpaired the device and now it won't find the One.  My Flex2 does synch properly (but doesn't show stairs - so I like to use both devices).

A couple more things to try:

Both are safe and won't lose any data. However, as you have already unpaired the tracker from your account you will probably have lost any unsynced data.

Thanks Steve, that fixed it!  Thanks for the links to the reset instructions, I have printed out instructions for both my devices.

I loved my Fitbit  Alt HR. About 3 weeks ago the band kept coming off. I did not want to lose it. My life was on it. Went on line, first band I saw was $69 for the leather band. The Inspire HR was on sale for $99. Not a hard choice, Got the new Fitbit. Did not even receive it when it went on sale for $69.95. Email Fitbit they refunded the $30 difference pus tax. Got to love this company.

Then all my troubles started 2 fitbits, could not seem to sync them. No problem get rid of the AltHr,

Took me a little while, New did not track my sleep, kept on coming up with product info and things I did not need or did not know how to use, WORSE Problem it had the wrong time. No matter what I did it was 4 hours ahead of time. Great 8:01 PM and I'm starting a new day. Very frustrating,

Put it back in the box and duck taped my band together to use the ALT Hr, I used black duck tape so it doesn't look too bad. Put the old Alt Hr on my phone as Kindle and Computer were picking up both info. I do not want nor need the new Inspire HR. Can I give it back to you and you can give it to someone  who cant afford it. It still has time and my info on it.

Found another band on line for $29.95, which will be here in a few days.
