FitBit One stopped syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My FitBit One stopped syncing over a month ago. I have the wireless dongle in my computer (Windows 7 Enterprise) which is how I've been syncing since I bought the FitBit. I also tried downloading the FitBit App & FitBit Launcher App on my Android phone (LG Stylo 2) but it would never sync. Any ideas?

My Fitbit One has not synced in several days, both through my phone and my computer.  Are we going through the same stuff we went through five or six months ago.

This is BS, I have been with Fitbit since the beginning and to go through this stuff again is rediculous.  Yes, I only have the One, but to go through this every six months is BS.  Maybe it is time to dump the Fitbit.

My fitbit one stopped syncing on Dec. 15th too. I have tried all the recommendations, and nothing has worked. I plugged it into the cpu and held the button, cleared out my Bluetooth cache, Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app...nothing is working. What is left to try?  HELP!!
