I made a fitbit purchase over the phone, but fitbit never sent the gift to my mother. I called, chatted, tweeted emailed- they claimed the payment had not gone through. I sent a credit card receipt. I emailed exptensive documentation. They will not admit that they did anything wrong. What's my recourse now????
Has anyone been through this with a successful outcome?
Best AnswerWell, you can always take these sorts of things up with your credit card company and have recourse that way, but hopefully it will not be necessary. I will flag your post for a moderator's attention and then they can help look into this for you.

I opted for dogging fitbit via all contact routes for days, relentlessly like a crazy. Finally the said they the package was 'lost in the mail" which was a lie, since I'd already confirmed with FedEx that they'd never received it in the first place. I think they are planning on reshipping something. I'll believe it when I see it! Clearly FitBit has some start up woes in shipping and receiving that still need to be ironed out.
