I love my fitBit. Well did. she was always pushing me to take that extra step.. do better than the day before. Well now she has turned on me. First she wouldn't sync. then out of the blue after close to 3 weeks she synced. But now she is refusing to count my steps. The other day I had 4 leaves and maintained that sprouting little flower for several hours uppacking boxes and putting items away. Well imagine my surprise when she told me I only did 523 steps. I mean yikes...
I am at a loss as to what to do. She may need hospice care....
Syncs when she feels like it, won't count my steps, pretends like I am sleeping all the time, won't fully charge...
I am lost.....

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves like this is a restart:

Note though that this doesn't always work first time so give it a few tries.
Yes I did that everyday for almost 2 weeks several times a day. No help. I swear it has gone on strike.

Hi @marine617. Just to make sure that your previous attempts are restarting your One were successful, a successful restart should result in seeing "Fitbit 6.60" showing up on your One's display. If it didn't, then you'd have to repeat the process, perhaps holding the button down 20 seconds or so, until you get to see Fitbit 6.60 on the display. If, following a successful restart, you're still experiencing issues, then your best bet would be to contact the Support Team: http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi @marine617. I just read this thread over and I am not clear if the issue is about your Fitbit One tracker not recording your steps; or if the issue is about syncing. Can you pease confirm whether or not the One is recording your steps correctly; and if so, please tell us what is the time and date stamp for your last successful sync. If you have a sync issue, is it only with the phone, or just the computer, or both?
The other point I'd like to mention is that although your tracker can syn with many different devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.), it can only have a live connection with one device at a time. Fitbit trackers use a single-channel Bluetooth connectivity; such that you would have to turn off Bluetooth on your phone to free up the BT channel in order to sync to your Win 10 computer.

Hi again @marine617. I just looked at your profile, and it looks like you haven't been able to sync for quite some time. Here's what I'd like you to try.
Let's see if this worked before we tackle the phone. Hope it does - cheers!
