FitBit One stopped synching to iPhone I have FitBit app 4.14 and latest iOS version. Tried the PC connection, hold, release, etc. No luck.

Please an honest straightforward answer: Has FitBit/Google given up on synching the fitBit ONe? (4/15/2024)

Hi @scarlettoso318  we lost the ability to set up and sync via computer a while back. Your One, while loved by many, was discontinued and as such, it does not get updates. See if anything in this series of articles from Fitbit/Google helps you - click to go there

Hi, I’ve had the same issues, you need to restart your fitbit I just did and it’s syncing now. Plug your fitbit into charging cable hold the button on tracker for 12 seconds ( so it powers off)  remove it from cable press button til screen turns on now check your account , you should be good to go now, 😉 I am 👍🏻 ( after a few frustrating hours) good luck!
