To sync reliably, let Fitbit link to your One.

When is this issue going to be addressed?  It has been ongoing for a long time now, as evidenced by this link and MANY others, https://community.fitbit.com/t5/One/To-sync-reliability-let-Fitbit-link-to-One/td-p/5292538/page/2.

Hi @OneMike  I've gotten this myself, but I haven't seen it in a while. Be sure you have the latest app and the latest operating system for your phone. I agree it's an annoyance, but is it still syncing for you? These forums (Zip, One, other legacy devices) aren't monitored by Fitbit Moderators. Those of us who do respond are just members of the forum or part of the Community Council that try to help others as they can.
