I am having trouble when I try to see my dashboard on my laptop. The dashboard is black, but I can see everything else. I have cleared the cache on all my devices, and restarted my FitBit One. That worked yesterday, but today I logged in and it's the black dashboard screen and I can not see my stastistics.

I also have the black screen today. Yesterday it worked and not the day before that. Seems every other day it works. Annoying.

I have the same problem, only on an HP desktop using Windows 11.

My screen turned black 2-3 days ago. It is not an intermittent issue, but continuous. I am using a PC with Windows 11.
