Fitbit 1 not counting steps, no display

My Fitbit 1 is not counting steps and not syncing.  When I press the button, it takes 3 seconds of holding it for FITBIT 6.60 to show up and then it is stuck on the number of steps I had hours ago, it does not count the steps between button presses.  HELP!!!

I would do the restart 3 more times and if it doesn't help then contact support

It took all three restarts but it is working for now.
