Fitbit App cannot find my One

I have had more issues in 6 weeks with my fitbit HR and fitbit one than I have had in 3 years with both.

 

I tried the following in order to no avail:

  1. Turn blue tooth off and on
  2. Cell off and on

The new app version cannot seem to connect to the One.


Any suggestions appreciated. I use the One to monitor sleep.

Thanks for trying those workarounds, those have helped other users in the past.

 

Do not worry, there are other workarounds you can try in order to get this sorted:

 

  • Restart your One
  • Log out from the Fitbit App.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit App.

If after doing this you keep experiencing trouble syncing your One; check these helpful troubleshooting steps. That should certainly help you out.
