The first sign of trouble was when my alarm on the Fitbit One did not go off yesterday. I thought maybe I just didn't hear it vibrate but that would have been the first time that happened. I had not checked my Fitbit screen though. This morning, again the alarm did not go off. I pressed the button and saw that the screen was dark, blank. I had not received any email saying the battery was low but I went to plug it in to recharge and nothing - the screen was dark, blank, dead. Does this mean my Fitbit is dead and I need to replace it? Or is something else going on? Can it be fixed?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I've tried resetting it 4-5 times and it's still not syncing. I've aslo deleted the device from the app to readd as new and it still will not sync. I noticed that the bluetooth is not picking up the signal from the device. I get "Can't communite with One" or "Pairing rejected by One" when i try to pair it with my phone. I did this a few weeks ago and upaired all other devices from my phone and it worked fine for about 2 1/2 weeks. This is very frustrating.
