I have a one and an Alta. The one will not sync with either my phone or iPad the devices say looking

Have you had an answer my one device hasn't synced since this morning

@CynthiaChi @Wattie welcome to the forums! It's nice seeing new faces around. Let's go ahead and find a solution for this. First, I'd recommend restarting your trackers by doing the following:
- Plug your charging cable into your computer.
- Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
- Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
- Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.
After the restart, attempt to sync. If your One isn't syncing yet, then I recommend checking out this post with further troubleshooting steps. Good luck and keep me posted!
