Fitbit One Clip

Gutted that my clip has fallen apart! Thought for a company as big as Fitbit they'd make accessories built to last...

Losing the end of the clip is a common problem. I've even tried a cheaper 3rd party clip and it had the same problem.

 

If you are still covered by warranty then fitbit will probably replace it for you. The warranty runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe) and you can contact customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com

 

If you are out of warranty then fitbit sell them in their online store (see link at the top of this page) or there are a wide range of cheaper alternatives in Amazon etc.
