@cianroyb I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One's display.
When you press the button, does it light up or show any data on it? Also, when you plug it into the charging cable, does it shows it is charging?
If it is not, please try restarting your Fitbit One. This has helped other users with similar issues.
