Fitbit One Life Span

Does the Fitbit One have a life span?  I've had mine for almost 3 years and I have worn everyday since I got it.  I've never had an issue with my fitbit, it's always synced ok, woken me in the morning with it's vibrating alarm and always counted steps.

However in the last few weeks, I've had to restart it 4 times as it's refused to sync, and I don't belive it's counting all my steps correctly.  Generally it's been playing up a little.

I wondered if anyone else has had simular issues when their One is getting old?

Thanks

My FitBit One lasted less than a year.  Therefore FitBit replaced my FitBit One.  Thought that the FitBit One would last longer like a flash drive.   But the FitBit One must be fragile because of the more complicated electronics inside.    Will key the replacement FitBit One in a flash drive case from now on to protect the fragile electronics inside.

I just replaced my ONE in August 2016, the digital display just slowly faded away and it was over three years old. Customer Service provided me a code that offered a 25% discount on a new ONE, so I purchased a replacement. If an issue arises with one year of a purchase and is determined the reason is a manufacturer defect I was told the product is replaced. I love my ONE.

My FB One is about two years old. Have had issues on and off for the last three months. First issue, my acct is set to MTN time but my fb gives me another time and sometimes in the morniung it's reading a p.m. time. This past Friday 10/22 I looked at my fb and after much shopping and working around the house, it read only about a third of the step it should have. And no stairs which I KNOW I did at least a dozen. So then I looked back and realized I had NO STEPS for five days!!! Called customer support three times until I could find someone I could understand!. He had me reset and he also reset the acct. At that point it was fine. this morning, two days later, I woke up, the time said p.m. and off by and hour and some minutes which means it froze from last night. Reset it this morning AGAIN!!!! If I'm going to have to do this every day or two, it's going in the trash!!!!! What the heck?? Anybody else having this issue??

I have been having similar issues.

My time is inaccurate. The steps are inaccurate it is not showing up on my phone.Except this is my second on and not that old.
