Dunno. Is it possible that the One needs to be synced to your phone or computer?

Check on syncing the One nd let us know.

My One counts the steps, but they do not show up on my iPhone app. That drives me buggy and I want an answer (though I doubt Fitbit will ever say anything).

@AlleyM Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One not showing correct steps and time.

In this case, I believe your One may be unpaired from your account, you need to set it up once again. If you are not able to do so, please follow these set up troubleshooting steps to get it back to your account. Once it gets paired it will sync and the time and steps should show correct.

Also, please check if you have any firmware updates pending. This could also be causing this. Check these steps if you are not able to update it correctly.

@Beltonrn It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for also reporting that you are experiencing this situation.

It should show the correct data once it syncs. If you are not able to sync it correctly; please follow these syncing troubleshooting steps to sort that out. That should certainly help you out with this.

@JohnnCon I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing your help on this thread.

Regarding the situation you are experiencing; I just answered to that inquiry you posted on this thread here. Please feel free to check that out and reply on that other thread with the results.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
