No I have not solved the problem. I have emailed Customer Service as I think there’s an issue with the newest update. Everyone has the same problem I think, across all FitBit devices.

Mine stopped syncing on October 19th. I’ve rebooted the device twice, but it still won’t sync on my iPhone.

Versa 2 has the same issue.  Tried reinstall.  Restart.  Bluetooth on and off.  All the trouble shooting options.  Think I will go back to Garmin.  Comms from Fitbit is not good.

The app worked yesterday, now it can’t “find” my FitBit One again this morning.

Have you received ANY updates?  Mine stopped syncing on 10/20/20.

Hi,
No I haven’t heard from Customer Service at all. Sometimes the app syncs and other times it won’t sync as it says it’s looking for my FitBit but can’t find it.

@Kellbren

Have you tried removing it from your account and then adding it back as a new device?

Also, syncing to more than one device (your iPad Air and your iPhone) can cause Bluetooth problems.  What happens is that while it is actively linked to one device, it can’t see the other.  Turning off Bluetooth on your iPad Air, and then restarting your One so it can find the Bluetooth signal from your iPhone might help in that case.

My one also stopped synching on Oct. 9th.  Has anyone tried removing their device and adding it back in?  I would be sad to lose 3 weeks of data......

Thanks!
I’m beginnrto think the issues are with Fitbit, not our watches.

Mine too and it corrected just after I downloaded and installled a Fitbit update.  No only does it track everything on my iphone in nearly real time, i am now seeing Flights of stairs as well as my sleep recorded. However it got corrected, I am thankful.

Are they no longer supporting the Fitbit One?

Best Answer

Don't know about One.

I have Charge 2. And it sure is frustrating when it drops tracking for a day - or 2, or 3.

If my budget could afford it, there'd be a different brand on my wrist.

Mine corrected itself, I didn’t do anything other than delete the app once, which did nothing.

Yes FitBit one is still supported, but it has been discontinued

☹️  just tried to re-sync my one with my phone and it does not  sync.  I'm very disappointed as I enjoyed my FitbitOne.
