Many problems getting One to sync with new MacBook Air.  Tried suggestion to disconnect Bluetooth.  None of instructions to reconnect correspond with what I see.

To determine if the problem is isolated to your laptop or the tracker itself, I'd suggest trying to sync with any other device to know for certain, then address the MacBook Air. It could be your tracker's Bluetooth died, which can happen. If you have a mobile phone or tablet computer you can download Fitbit and see if it's the tracker or Macbook.

Hi @mhpwalk you don't need to connect the tracker to your Mac.

Since you haven't removed the tracker from your Fitbit account, simply open the Fitbit app and let it sync.
