Good morning 🙂
My friend came to me with her Fitbit one telling me it was not working. I did a quick test (walked 10 steps with my Fitbit one and hers) and it worked perfectly. But, just to make sure I didn't miss anything, I walked back the same direction 10 steps. My Fitbit counted it, my friends did not. I tried it once again and the same result occurred with the first steps counting and the second not.
Her fitbit is still under warranty (bought last January). How could I contact Fitbit to repair hers and if hers cannot be repaired, are there still replacement available? She doesn't really want any other Fitbit
Thanks in advance

@ShaiKingTroy I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation your friend is experiencing with her One. Thanks for helping her out by trying those steps and coming in here.
Please try the steps provided by @WendyB about restarting her One. That should certainly help if it is not tracking steps correctly. When did she purchased her One?
Also, One was discontinued. However, if the steps above don't work; please contact customer support for further assistance as Fitbit doesn't offer repair centers.
Keep me posted!
