@VINOD_KMAHAJAN Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your Fitbit One not turning on while unplugged from charging cable and not syncing.
In this case, I'd recommend performing a restart on your One. This should help you out with the display issues. Also, feel free to try these syncing troubleshooting steps if you keep experiencing trouble with it. Try the steps in the order given for best results.
