After charging last night, my ONE will not turn on at all. Tried plugging back into charger and holding 12 seconds, but no dice. Checked the charge, and it's at about 1/2 on the app, and blinking about the charge icon.
It registered calories this morning, but no steps or flights. Ideas?? I love my ONE and really don't want a watch!

Welcome to the club, seems like all Ones are dying..... Rumor has it was caused by the last firmware update..... Fix? There doesn't seem to be one(pun intended)..

Just noticed my One is malfunctioning - I am on iOS - I am not interested in wearing a bracelet ~ if this is the end for the One - this is the end for Fitbit and me, we will be officially and forever broke-up.

I'd recommend performing a restart on your One. This has helped other users in the past.
