Hi, I noticed last week when the Fitbit One stopped syncing that I had to do a reboot. I did that and then the next day it stopped completely. It had a full charge and now doesn't work at all. I've had it for a couple of years now and it was working fine until last Thursday.

Did you try a restart?
Do it at least 3 times.

If it doesn't help it could just be on its last legs. Mine is 3 years old and I'm surprised its still going

Could you please create a support ticket for me as well? I'm having the exact same issues. Mine is about 3 years as well. I have a student who is blind using mine since it's the only fitness tracker outside of an iWatch that is user friendly for her. She's working hard at tracking her steps to make sure she's leading a healthy lifestyle. Thanks!

My new Fitbit one band is not opening display when i kept to charge its opening but I when remvor the band from charger it's not dhowish display please give me an solution please

In this case, I'd recommend performing a restart on your One. Doing this should refresh your One's inner components. This has helped other users in the past.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
