My Fit Bit One suddenly stopped syncing on the app on my iPhone 6s. Did all the things they said to do but nothing worked. Anyone have this problem?

Yes. Suddenly my Fitbit one doesn’t sync despite trying all suggestions. The software format is different too. Now I have to go in and allow gps monitoring. I’m supposed to do that daily? Also, not tracking steps while on treadmill which it previously did. If you enter steps manually which defeats purpose you are not able to change or update. Edit function on app not working for updating steps.

@MikePD @lovelebl It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with the One not syncing properly. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, I'd recommend checking and trying all of the steps shown on this helpful article. If you already did some of those steps, please try them again, but in the order given there for best results.
@lovelebl Try restarting your One to refresh its inner system. Also, the app will ask you to enable locations services to work. Check more information about that here.
@WendyB Thanks for sharing your help on this thread!
Keep me posted!
