Fitbit One Not syncing to my Take Charge Account

Fitbit is not syncing to my take charge account at work. My steps are showing on my Fitbit but don't seem to be linking to my take charge account for Kaiser

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts. If that does not work I would contact the support staff at Take Charge.

@Purplerose78 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your One steps not syncing to your Take Charge account. 

 

Are you still experiencing the same? Have you tried the steps provided by @SunsetRunner already? Contacting them is the best thing you can try if it remains the same.
