I have a one and today it says that I have 33,000 steps when actually I have 3,000.  No problem in the past with my one..

IS the Fitbit  near a vibration source like a fan, dehumidifier, or even a computer CPU? It can see the vibration as steps and add false steps.

You can enter a driving record to get rid of them

@PoobytteB Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your One adding extra steps.

Are you still experiencing the same? Please check the suggestion provided by @WendyB above, that should certainly help you out.

Also, try performing a restart on your One if the same thing keeps happening. That could also help you out with this.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
