Fitbit One Resetting and Shutting Off

Keeps shutting off and going back to zero steps.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

@KLW2018 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Fitbit One shutting off and resetting back to zero steps.

 

Are you still experiencing the same? Have you tried the restart steps provided by @WendyB on her post above?

 

Also, how old is your One?

Something similar for me — my steps from morning just got wiped out before noon pst. Strange never happened before. Fitbit one is probably 2-3 years old at this point

Has this happened again to you?

 

I'd recommend performing a couple restarts on your tracker. Also, please check if the time zone settings are correct.
