Fitbit One Stairs and Food Log

My Fitbit One is not counting my stair climbs and is no longer retaining my food log.  Has anyone had this issue?  If so, is there a fix?

Welcome to the forums!

 

You must go up 10 feet in elevation for it to register a floor.

 

As for the food log its on the website and should show. If its not contact support so they can look into your account
