Fitbit One Stopped Working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Loved my Fitbit 1 it stopped working as I was looking for a new product the majority of products I found were watch type products. They do not fit into my lifestyle. Luckily was able to get a Fitbit Zip. Hoping this product will work as well as my Fitbit 1. That said I hope that Fitbit will not phase out clip on devices for those of us who do not/can not wear watch type of devices.

Hi @DaniXYZ. I understand what you mean. But you may want to consider the Flex 2. The dongle comes out of the band and you can put it in a clip or a pendant. Or, you can even put it in an ankle band

@DaniXYZ Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with your One. It's unfortunate to read that it stopped working. What happened to it?

I'm glad you got a Fitbit Zip. Feel free to check the Zip Board to get some user experiences out of it.

Regarding the One, please vote for this Feature Suggestion:

Also, check this thread in which there is a discussion about One alternatives.

The ideas given by @SunsetRunner are also great, feel free to check that out as you may find a solution there as well!

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Hi Carol-B Thanks for the suggestion did not know the Flex 2 removed from the wrist band so I got a Zip. Having a device in a pendant or an an ankle band (don't want to look like I am wearing an ankle monitor) are not options for me. I like being able to clip the device in my pocket or placing it in a discrete location on myself.

Please check the different ways in which you can wear a Zip:
