One Not Holding a Charge

I've had it with this company.   We've owned (and used) four Fitbit One trackers since they were introduced.  Love them when they are working.  Last month my wife's not even a  year old replacement tracker stopped holding it's charge.  It was a replacement for an earlier, brand new Fitbit One tracker that failed after 45 days.  When I contacted Fitbit, they offered me a 25% discount as a token.  Huh?   For another tracker that's likely to fail in a year.  I don't think so.   I'm moving on to Garmin.  Any company that doesn't stand behind its products should just fold up.

Good luck, I wish you well.

I have a Garmin Vivofit as well as several Fitbits.

Garmin is a fine company too.  But they say the grass is not always greener on the other side of the hill.

Though, if it all works out for you then all is good.

@peterrow1 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you have had with the One. Thanks for sharing your feedback here.

It's unfortunate to read that the solution provided by customer support was not the best for you. If you ever decide to use the discount; feel free to check the new generation of Fitbit devices here.

@WendyB Thanks for participating on this thread. It's sad to see users go. Smiley Sad

@202 It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing that information. I'm sure it will be useful for a lot of users. Thanks for owning several Fitbit devices, let me know if you need any help with them.

Keep me posted!
