My Fitbit One bit the dust. I just got the Charge 2. I cannot add a device on my account settings. Help!

To set up a new device, you need to use the app. If you don't have that, go to https://www.fitbit.com/setup
In the app, click on the account symbol at the top right that looks like a card, then tap "set up a device." Some people are reporting that the account symbol is missing on their apps, but it should still connect to the account page if you tap where it should be, at the top right.

this sucks i cannot change my device or set up my watch.

What type of Fitbit device are you using? Is it a One, Charge 2, or a Fitbit watch?
Anyways, if you are having trouble setting it up; you should follow these set up troubleshooting steps to sort this out. These steps should work for any type of Fitbit device you might be having. However, I should recommend you check the different Fitbit devices boards depending on which one you are using to get more insights and experiences about it.
