Fitbit One added floors while I was working out

I did a 50 minute workout and was wearing my Fitbit One, I had no floors when I started and 21 when I finished. Can jumping cause that? And how can I negate the floors I didn't walk up?

I have seen that I can say I was driving but I don't want that to cancel out the active minutes and calories burned while I was working out

Hi @JackieSera

Logging a activity manually overwrites the tracked data, loosing activity minutes & calories burned as you've mentioned.

Feel free restarting the tracker:

Restart the tracker

URL: Click / Tap to open the Fitbit Help Article 'How do I restart the tracker?'

This doesn't change the tracked data, though it's like restarting a computer (possible to prevent so many false floors showing up in the future when not climbing stairs).

Optionally check out the Fitbit Article:
