Hi @neecee6. This phone does not show on Fitbit's compatibility list, so I suspect that it will not sync.

I've been using an Alcatel One Touch Pop Icon A564C with my Fitbits for six months with no problems. I'm not sure why Alcatel isn't on the compatibility list, but that model, at least, works flawlessly for me.
Hope this helps!

Please tell me which phone brand you used to connect your Alcatel One Touch to your Fitbit. Thanks

Alcatel is the brand. One Touch Idol 3 is the model. It wasn't listed on supported devices when I first got the phone, but it does sync now. Thanks
Best AnswerI am also attempting to use the Alcatel a564c with my FitBit, it will not communicate, the FitBit application says it can not connect. 😞

Most new Android phones will just work.
By any chance are you upgrading phones (or do you have an existing phone that connects to Fitbit)? If so turn it (the old phone) off, and try using it with the new phone.
The old phone will interfere with it working on the new phone.
