I keep having problems syncing my Fitbit One and occasionally my Alta. I have followed all the steps suggested by Fitbit but to no avail. My one synced briefly yesterday and started having a problem again last night and this morning. I have had both and there was no problem until these past week. It's very frustrating!

For the computer is the dongle plugged in to a USB port?

@rmhilal I hope you're doing well! Are you still experiencing this issue?
I recommend trying these syncing troubleshooting steps for iOS devices. If you already did some of those steps, please do them again in the order posted there.
Also, when you try to sync your Alta, make sure you have the One far away from your mobile device. You should do that to prevent the syncing signal to get blocked.
Feel free to follow @WendyB's excellent tips as well!
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
