Hi so my dad gave me a fitbit one that was given to him by a friend, but he already had another model.
I have noticed that when I walk, if I walk say ten steps (which I count) when I check my fitbit it has logged 13 or more.
Is there anyway I can get it to be more accurate?
Cheers

There's not really any settings for the One that affect its sensitivity (unlike the wrist-worn models). How are you wearing your One?

@PowerLifter100 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It is normal to see a small difference of 3 to 5 steps on your tracker.
You can try adjusting your stride length (check link at @SteveH's post). This will better distance and accuracy overall. Also, perform a restart on your One. This will fix any tracking issues it may have.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
